Spring
Spring is the time of beginnings. Tak and form your journey through the season. Feel free to live, feel and enjoy. Yoga Weekend in Brandenburg (2027)

Fall
Gain and maintain strength, feel and practice relaxation. Yoga health courses in October to prepare for the cold season.

Summer
During summer life takes place outdoors. Yoga in the Park from July 2026. Feel free to stop by! The first visit is on me.

Winter
The cozy time of the year. Build and preserve energy remotely with Online Yoga - gently awaken body and mind.

At work
Enhance your employees' benefits by offering a moment of regenartion at your hub. Support their wellbeing, their concentration and their overall health. They'll stay motivated and there are less absences. Feel free to reach out for an individual offer by group size. All you'll need is a space, some mats and grateful employees.

Health
Stay healthy through Yoga – and let let health insurance cover it! At least part of the costs for licensed yoga courses are subsidised by public health insurance in Germany.
How? Best you check with your insurance before if health courses are covered. You will be handed a certificated including the course ID after participating in at least 80% of the course. Then you can request and refund up to 100% of the costs at your health insurance company.
About me
Who I am and what Yoga means to me...
A friend of mine introduced me to yoga after I had an injury and I realised how this improved my healing and the way I treated myself. Soon I found my own practice and even invited others. I then attended a teachers training over 2 years (500h) and learned about the meaning of yoga and a lot about myself. There's always more to discover and I would like to offer a space in which you can grow closer to yourself with no fear of having to deal with yourself.
We can't always decide what faces us, but we sure can decide how we handle it. Yoga is a certain confidence in how we treat whatever faces us. Through yoga we practice to let go of expectations, judgement and doubts to find ourselves in the present, accept it and take part in it. Development begins with acceptance. Yoga means to conciously accept life as a gift, to take the responsibility gratefully and to trust. And then maybe it even feels good!
